Outdoor Nature Art & English Conversation Group
Meet up with a group of friends in the great outdoors for English conversation & friendship! Bring your watercolors and/or colored pencils to paint or sketch* the beautiful outdoors while we talk. This group will meet once or twice a month depending on the weather in different picture-perfect locations (Heritage Park, Hahn Garden, Duck Pond, Pandapas Pond, etc.), around the NRV to paint, draw & talk together.
*No art skill needed! This is a casual group that just likes being outside and enjoying nature! All you need to bring is your own art materials!*

Bible Reading Together
Do you want to learn about the Bible but you don’t know where to begin?
Not only do we want to give you a Bible as a special welcome gift from us, but we also would love to invite you to come read it with us! We will try to help you understand its teachings and find the special meaning in its stories.

Thursday Mornings International Women’s Connection
Come practice your English, make connections with new friends and strengthen old friendships as we grow and learn together! We welcome women of all countries, all faiths, and of all English levels to join us.
Discussion topics will include: American Culture, Local Resources, Cooking, Home Safety, Cultural Traditions, Art & Craft Activities & a Special Christmas Program too!

Friday Mornings International Women’s Bible Study Group
Topic: The Gospel of John: The Light Shines into the Darkness!
In this study, we will set out to discover and learn who Jesus is by examining His actions, His words and His priorities.
Week by week, we will have the privilege of taking an “up close” and personal look into the heart and mind of Jesus through the observation and testimony of a special eyewitness, who was a daily companion, close friend, and a disciple of Jesus, His student, John. I am praying you will join us for this important study! I know this will be a life-giving time and a blessing for us to share, learn and grow together!
When? 9:30am, Friday Morning, Begins September 5th, 2025

Friday Night Lights
When? Fridays at 7-9pm
Come together on Friday Nights for fun, dinner & meaningful conversation with other International Friends! We hope Friday Night Lights will become the Bright Spot of your week!

Topic: We will learn English by reading and discussing the hope-filled words of Jesus regarding worrying, failures, suffering, rejection & more.
